WELCOME
Metropolitan Community Church has been serving the queer community in Auckland since 1975. We are part of an international fellowship, started in 1968, with over 300 congregations worldwide. In New Zealand there is also a Metropolitan Community Church in Christchurch.
Sunday Worship
Metropolitan Community Church in Auckland meets for Worship at 7pm on Sunday evenings at The Friends Centre (Quakers Meeting House) 113 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden (which is at the corner of Mt Eden Road and Sylvan Avenue). The Quaker Meeting House is wheelchair accessible with two disabled parking spaces near the front door. There are also eight other off-street parking spaces.
What else is happening?
We have regular Bible study and special interest groups meeting as well as special events through out the year.

Metropolitan Community Church provides the following services: 
Civil Unions,Weddings; Commitment Ceremonies; Baptism; Healing Services; Counselling, Support from Violence & Abuse.
